Four turned wooden replicas of the head of a Hitachi Magic Wand are each protected by an internal condom, tucked into their interiors and tensioned across their girth. Their title refers to people diagnosed with the condition of sexual inversion, or what was later called homosexuality, and yet other possibilities.
